Job Description Salary: £25,647 Shifts: 4 on 4 off, 12 hour shifts 6am till 6pm and 6pm till 6am (days and nights shifts) We are looking for reliable and hardworking Packing Operatives to join our manufacturing team in Gateshead. Our site produces popular snack brands including Manomasa tortilla chips and rice cakes in a fast-paced food production environment. This is a hands-on role suited to individuals who enjoy working as part of a team and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Packing finished products accurately and efficiently Checking product quality to ensure standards are met Operating packing machinery safely and effectively Labelling, sealing, and palletising products Keeping work areas clean and hygienic in line with food safety standards Following health & safety and company procedures at all times Supporting production targets and team performance Qualifications What We’re Looking For Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred but not essential Good attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and flexible approach to work Strong teamwork and communication skills Willingness to work shifts where required Additional Information What we offer you in return Pension Scheme Death in service Cycle to work scheme Retailer discount platform Staff discount And plenty more!
