About the Role We’ve recently expanded Geomiq operations and set up a new Quality Hub in Bengaluru, India. This hub supports our Indian manufacturing partners by ensuring products meet quality standards and are shipped on time. We’re currently hiring a Packing Operator to join us.You’ll handle packing, sorting, and preparing orders that come in and need to be shipped out. Key Responsibilities Order Sorting: Check and sort incoming goods to make sure all items match the order details. Quality Preparation: Organise and prepare items for the Quality Control (QC) team based on priority. Damage Check & Reporting: Inspect goods for any damage and report issues to the QC team. Packaging: Pack metal and plastic parts securely using pallets or crates, depending on order size. Shipping Coordination: Work with the production team and local couriers to ensure orders are shipped on time. Experience Required 1–3 years of hands-on experience in packing, sorting, or order dispatch in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setup Strong experience with box packing and labeling for air shipments Skilled in organising, sealing, and preparing goods for quality check and shipping Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow packing standards and safety rules Basic English communication skills for coordination with QC, production, and courier teams Benefits Competitive Salary: Pay that matches your skills and experience.
