Job Description Job Title: Packing Operator Job Type: Permanent Location: Deeside Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday- Friday Salary: £24,785 Industry: Life Sciences- Pharmaceutical drug development (GMP) We’re looking for an experienced Packing Operator to join our Manufacturing team at SGS CDMO Solutions. If you’ve worked in a production or warehouse environment and have hands‑on experience with packing, labelling, or working on the production floor, this could be a great next step. What You’ll Do Dispense, pack, label, and prepare products to meet the production plan Follow processes for primary and secondary packing of finished drug products Support smooth operations across multiple cleanrooms Set up rooms and equipment, complete production documentation, and maintain accurate logs Contribute to a “right first time” culture and support problem solving Maintain high housekeeping and safety standards Carry out post‑production cleaning, reconciliation, and documentation closure Work closely with Room Leads and the wider production team to achieve the delivery of finished drug product Qualifications What We’re Looking For Experience in packing within a production or warehouse setting Strong attention to detail and a quality‑first mindset A team player with good communication skills Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, process‑driven environment Why Join Us?
