At CSL, we are driven by our promise to save lives and protect the health of people around the world. CSL Behring has an exciting opportunity for a Production Supervisor – Packing Operations at our Broadmeadows facility on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the Senior Manufacturing Manager – Packing, you will be responsible for leading packaging operations and supporting frontline manufacturing teams. You will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced, regulated environment.
NOTE - This is a 24 hour facility and you will be working 5 days (Monday - Friday) on a rotating shift (Morning, Afternoon & Night).

Your Role

  • Lead and support packaging teams to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations.
  • Manage production schedules, resources, and line maintenance to meet output targets.
  • Drive process improvements and standardisation to enhance performance and quality.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to budgets and timelines.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent vocational/technical qualification.
  • Experience in packaging operations, ideally within pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing.
  • Strong working knowledge of cGMP and regulatory requirements (TGA/FDA).
  • Proven ability to lead teams, solve problems, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated capability in driving process improvements and delivering results.
