We’re looking for a proactive and detail-focused individual to join our Manufacturing team, supporting key production processes in a fast-paced environment. This hands-on role involves manually packing and pallet stacking, operating and monitoring packaging equipment, and ensuring smooth line changeovers in packing and product inspection.
You’ll play a vital part in maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene and safety, ensuring compliance with COSHH and Lock Off procedures. With a strong focus on performance, you’ll help us meet output, efficiency and waste reduction targets while accurately completing all required documentation.
We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, thrives in a team setting and is passionate about continuous improvement. Whether it’s supporting cleaning and shutdown procedures or contributing ideas for better ways of working, you’ll be an essential part of our success.

Responsibilities
  • Manually pack and pallet stack, operate and monitor packaging equipment, ensuring smooth line changeovers in packing and product inspection
  • Ensuring all products meet specifications at every stage of the packing process
  • Carry out routine cleaning, end-of-shift procedures and support shutdown processes to high hygiene standards
  • Complete all relevant documentation accurately and on time, including quality, cleaning and production records
  • Follow all health, safety and hygiene procedures, including COSHH and Lock Off protocols, promoting a safety-first culture
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying and addressing issues, contributing to key projects and performance targets
  • Be flexible in supporting other manufacturing areas and actively participate in training, 1-to-1s and development activities
