Description
CSL Behring has an exciting opportunity for Packing Technician to join our dynamic team in our manufacturing function (Packing Value stream) at Broadmeadows site. Reporting to the Packing Supervisor, you will be working with a high performing team covering various activities for labelling and packing of critical life-saving products. This is a pivotal stage in our process requiring high attention to detail, safety, compliance and procedures to get the product to patients around the world. This is a 24 hour facility and you will be working 5 days (Monday - Friday) on a rotating shift (Morning, Afternoon & Night). NOTE - Multiple positions available (permanent). Your Role Packaging Operations Set up, operate, and monitor high-speed packaging lines to ensure efficient production aligned with safety and cGMP standards. Perform manufacturing tasks in a fast-paced environment with a focus on consistency and reliability. Maintenance & Reliability Conduct routine cleaning, inspections, and basic troubleshooting to minimise downtime and optimise equipment performance. Participate in training to build technical capability and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the enhancement of line reliability and maintenance systems. Quality & Compliance Follow and complete batch process sheets and documented procedures to ensure compliant packing operations. Ensure all printed materials and documentation meet GMP and quality standards. Maintain current training and qualifications to perform duties in a compliant and safe manner. Your Skills & Experience Experience operating high-speed production lines, with strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Background in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environments (preferred). Detail-oriented, with the ability to follow procedures and perform repetitive tasks to a high standard. Strong communication skills and a collaborative team mindset. Familiar with GMP, compliance, safety standards, and proficient in Microsoft Office.
