INSIDE SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Location: Remote, with some travel to client sites and offices across the UK, Ireland and Belgium

We are seeking a Inside Sales Account Executive to support and expand the adoption of a leading veterinary imaging management software platform and associated hardware solutions.
This role blends technical expertise, sales acumen, and customer relationship management - helping veterinary practices maximise the value of their software investment while identifying opportunities for training, support, and growth.

Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales Growth – Promote and sell the software and hardware platform through consultative selling, demos, and tailored presentations.
  • Account Development – Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, manage pipelines with CRM tools, and support quotes and proposals.
  • Implementation & Training – Oversee deployment, onboarding, and configuration at client sites, delivering user training to ensure successful adoption.
  • Customer Support – Act as the primary technical contact, providing first-line post-sales support and coordinating with internal teams when needed.
  • Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular reviews, feedback sessions, and proactive engagement.
  • Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align strategies and feed customer insights into future solutions.
