RESPONSIBLE FOR OVERSEEING DAILY OPERATIONS AND COORDINATING A TEAM OF TECHNICIANS IN THE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF IFE COMPONENTS AND SYSTEMS. Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Technical Leadership:
Guide and mentor a team of repair technicians ensuring high performance and productivity.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Technical Oversight:
Perform maintenance of diagnostic tool and test equipment such as Tester SW loading to guarantee precision and reliability
Quality Assurance and Safety:
Conduct final inspections on completed repairs to confirm compliance and proper functionality
Process Improvement:
Collaborate with Repair Supervisors to implement best practices and streamline operations.
Documentation, Reporting & Customer Communication
