JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Printer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various printing processes, including screen printing and flexo press operations. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a passion for producing high-quality printed materials. The Printer will be responsible for overseeing the entire printing process from prepress to final output, ensuring that all products meet our quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in screen printing, flexo press operation, or similar manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with strong skills in graphic design, typography, and layout design.
• Familiarity with color management techniques and quality control processes in printing.
• Experience with CNC machining is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.

• Operate and maintain printing equipment, including screen printers and flexo presses.
• Prepare artwork and layouts using Adobe Creative Suite, ensuring proper typography and layout design.
• Conduct prepress tasks such as color management and quality control checks before production.
• Collaborate with graphic designers to ensure print advertising meets client specifications.
• Monitor the printing process to ensure consistency in color and quality throughout production runs.
• Perform routine maintenance on printing machinery and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation.
• Utilize forklifts for material handling as needed within the manufacturing environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards while operating machinery.
