Description

JOIN OUR TEAM AS WE UNVEIL SUTTON’S INAUGURAL PADEL TENNIS VENUE.

  • Customer and Community Engagement:
  • Ensure exceptional visitor satisfaction.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with both prospective and existing customers.
  • Collaborate with local organizations to support S3’s social impact initiatives.
  • Address customer concerns and ensure a positive experience for all visitors.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work effectively with the venue team and head office.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the padel player community in Sutton.
  • Partner with colleagues from other venues and organizations as needed.
  • Operational Support:
  • Assist in daily operations, upholding the highest standards of customer service.
  • Conduct daily compliance checks and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Help create and implement lesson plans and Sutton’s session timetable.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to monitor customer progress.
  • Support the organization and execution of tournaments.
  • Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of venue grounds, property, equipment, and facilities.
  • Manage assigned administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, implementing and monitoring safety protocols.
  • Business Management and Development:
  • Collaborate with the Venue Manager and Director of Operations to drive continuous improvements in venue offerings based on feedback, market trends, and stakeholder input.
  • Actively promote sales and court occupancy.
  • Help cultivate a vibrant and thriving padel community within the venue.
  • Ensure that the venue and facilities are clean and well-organized.
  • Assist in organizing and selling corporate and private events, while building connections with local schools and organizations.
  • Support venue marketing efforts, including social media engagement, in collaboration with the marketing team to boost brand recognition and drive revenue.
  • Contribute to the development of an operations manual for efficient venue management.
  • Work with sponsors and partners to enhance the site.
  • Coaching Responsibilities:
  • Conduct sessions according to the established program timetable, ensuring classes start on time.
  • Ensure effective and efficient session operations, including equipment setup and takedown.
  • Maintain qualifications, licensing, and ongoing training requirements.
  • Program and develop the venue coaching schedule.
  • Oversee the training and development of club activators.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching to customers.
  • Organize and lead both group and individual coaching sessions.
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
    Pay: £35.00-£45.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 5 – 12 per week
