a Padel Coach!
We have opportunities in London, Manchester, Sutton and Derby. Full and part time positions available.
As Padel Coach you will help to develop and be responsible for delivering a comprehensive padel programme, leading to increased participation and customer growth and retention. Excellent customer service and satisfaction are central to our mission and ensuring the Social Sports Society community is at the forefront of our work.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver effective padel coaching sessions for individuals and groups, catering to various skill levels.
Deliver private tuition, group lessons and host social tournaments.
Provide clear and concise instruction, demonstrating proper strokes, footwork, and positioning.
Motivate and encourage players, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
Maintain a safe and inclusive coaching atmosphere, adhering to all safety protocols.
Help train and coach junior team members, to improve their padel technique and coaching skills.
May participate in promotional activities and help grow the padel community within the venue.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Have a minimum level 2 coaching qualification from an accredited body
Proven experience as a padel coach or playing padel at a competitive level.
Strong knowledge of padel rules, strategies, and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rappor with players of all backgrounds.
Ability to effectively demonstrate and explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Passion for coaching and a desire to help players improve their game.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
