We are looking for experienced and qualified Padel Venue Managers/Coaches to join our expanding team!
As a Padel Manager/Coach, you will be responsible for managing and leading the team, overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the highest standards of customer service. You will be expected to create, implement, and deliver programs, organise tournaments, and recruit coaches, general staff and players.
As a Padel Manager & Coach, you will provide instruction on a variety of topics such as strokes, technique, strategy and game play. You will be responsible for creating and delivering lesson plans, providing feedback, guidance, and monitoring of student’s progress.

This is the first venue opening for Social Sports Society outside of London. Our venues combine the passion for sport and padel with the environment and service you would expect. Offering memorable experiences for all.
Our mission is to introduce and promote the exhilarating sport of padel tennis, along with other sports, to everyone. Creating a vibrant community of sports enthusiasts, from all walks of life.
