Job Description Join a leading Complex Care provider as Head of Nursing, where you'll oversee a regional team of nurses, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care and service delivery. In this key leadership role, you’ll: Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nurses and care teams across your region. Ensure high-quality, safe, and compliant care is consistently delivered. Conduct and oversee clinical assessments, audits, and care planning. Support business growth through clinical input on new packages and client retention. Work closely with operational and senior clinical leaders to implement best practices. Build strong relationships with clients, families, commissioners, and external professionals. Qualifications You're a qualified Nurse with strong clinical expertise in Complex Care and experience leading or supporting nursing teams. You’re confident in audits, clinical governance, and stakeholder engagement, and passionate about driving standards of care.
