ABOUT US

SLCN Therapy is an allied health organisation providing early intervention and therapy services to children aged 0–18 and their families. Our team includes speech therapists, behaviour therapists, developmental educators, and supportive admin staff. We pride ourselves on our collaborative, inclusive, and supportive team culture.

As a Paediatric Occupational Therapist, you will:

• Deliver early intervention services in clinic, home, school, and online settings.
• Conduct standardised assessments and develop individualised therapy plans.
• Collaborate with families to set functional, routine-based goals.
• Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy tailored to each child’s needs.
• Empower families through education, coaching, and support.
• Work closely with other professionals to ensure holistic care.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through feedback, training, and innovation.
