We are recruiting for a Paediatric Rehabilitation Support Worker to join our lovely team on a part-time, permanent basis based in the Wynyard area. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £14 - £16 per hour.

You will be supporting a delightful young 7-year-old client who has multi-sensory impairments, cerebral palsy, and learning difficulties due to an acquired brain injury from birth.
He loves Spiderman, play fighting, running around, and spending time with his family and pet dog.
Our client can demonstrate some challenging behaviours and needs assistance to manage these.
He needs assistance with all aspects of personal cares and dressing, maintaining his safety needs in and out of the house, and requires support to access rehabilitation and social / recreational activities.
We are seeking kind, patient staff with excellent communication skills and a desire to provide individualised support. Previous care experience with children is preferred.
Driver with full UK License essential, as part of your role will be to escort our client and his sibling to and from school and rehabilitation sessions.
This role will be subject to a full enhanced DBS certificate check.
The successful applicants will receive full training for this role, input from therapists and regular supervision by the Case Manager.
