We’re seeking a passionate and motivated Speech Therapist to join our growing interdisciplinary team in Derrimut, Victoria. You’ll work alongside a collaborative team of professionals including a behaviour therapist, developmental educator, and supportive admin staff.

As a Speech Therapist, you’ll play a key role in helping children reach their full potential by:

• Conducting standardised assessments and developing individualised therapy plans
• Supporting children with developmental delays and autism spectrum conditions
• Delivering therapy in clinic, home, school, and online settings
• Coaching parents and caregivers to embed therapy into daily routines
• Collaborating with families to set meaningful, functional goals
• Monitoring progress and celebrating achievements
• Promoting inclusion and participation in community life
• Working closely with other professionals to ensure holistic care
