We’re looking for a performance-driven Paid Ads Manager to own and scale paid acquisition for a growing accounting automation firm. This organization helps businesses modernize financial operations through workflow optimization, system design, and smarter use of tools like QuickBooks Online. Positioned within the accounting advisory space, it blends financial expertise with automation-first thinking to reduce manual work and improve operational clarity. This role will lead paid strategy across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google. You will manage technical campaign setup, performance optimization, and creative testing. The environment is lean, focused, and metrics-driven. We are looking for someone who can operate independently, build structured campaigns from the ground up, and continuously refine performance through disciplined experimentation. Why You’ll Want to Join You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th) Up to 14 days of Paid Time Off annually (starting Day 1) Observance of Holidays per company guidelines 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you’re most productive High ownership role with direct impact on revenue growth Opportunity to shape paid strategy inside a focused, execution-oriented team Exposure to finance, automation, and B2B growth strategy What You’ll Work OnPaid Channel Strategy and Execution Own paid acquisition across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Develop structured campaign strategies aligned with ICP and revenue targets Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns for lead generation and pipeline growth Allocate budget effectively across platforms based on performance data Technical Campaign Setup Build campaigns end-to-end including audience segmentation, tracking, and conversion setup Configure pixels, event tracking, and platform integrations accurately Ensure clean attribution and data consistency across CRM and ad platforms Troubleshoot tracking discrepancies and performance reporting issues Creative Testing and Iteration Collaborate with creative resources to develop ad concepts and variations Brief and refine ad copy, visuals, and landing page messaging Run structured A and B tests across audiences, formats, and offers Scale winning creative while maintaining disciplined testing cycles Performance Optimization and Reporting Monitor CPL, CAC, ROAS, and downstream pipeline metrics Build clear weekly and monthly performance summaries Identify bottlenecks across funnel stages and propose optimizations Continuously improve targeting, bidding strategies, and conversion rates What You Bring 3 to 6+ years of experience managing paid media in B2B or professional services Proven experience running campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and funnel metrics Experience setting up technical tracking infrastructure accurately Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting data and making budget decisions Ability to operate independently in a startup environment Clear written communication and structured reporting skills Nice to Have Experience marketing accounting, finance, SaaS, or automation services Familiarity with QuickBooks Online or finance tools Experience working closely with sales teams to align lead quality and targeting Background in CRO and landing page optimization How to Apply Please include: Your updated resume A short 1–2 minute Loom video introducing yourself and walking through a paid campaign you managed, including your approach to targeting, creative testing, and performance optimization Only complete applications with a Loom video will be considered.
