REQUIREMENTS:

• 1–2+ years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
• Strong understanding of Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Pixel setup
• Proven ability to generate leads and conversions through paid campaigns
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data
• Excellent communication and time management skills

• Plan, create, and optimize Meta ad campaigns for service-based businesses
• Conduct audience research and targeting to maximize ROI
• Write and test ad copy, headlines, and creatives
