Paid Civil Engineering College Internship, District 4 - 2026 Summer Construction Program Work locations: You would be assigned to a project/projects in either Ashtabula, Mahoning, Portage, Stark, Summit or Trumbull County Are you looking for a hands-on experience with seasoned Professional Engineers? To be eligible, you must be in good academic standing, pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering and be able to provide proof of Enrollment Documentation including your GPA. This program gives a new engineer the on-the-job experience, continued education through training and seminars offered at ODOT and the ability to work with Professional Engineers leading towards the requirements necessary in obtaining their P.E. certification.
