About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Paid Dealer’s Representative to join our Equities Broking team at RHB Investment Banking. In this role, you will be responsible for the dealing and execution of trades for local and foreign retail equities, while building and managing a strong client base. You will work closely with branch management and clients to deliver timely market insights, drive business growth, and uphold the highest standards of compliance and risk management in line with regulatory requirements set by Securities Commission Malaysia, Bursa Malaysia and Bank Negara Malaysia. What you will be doing Execute buy and sell orders for local and foreign retail equities accurately and efficiently Carry out sales and marketing activities to acquire new clients and grow the equities broking business Manage clients’ portfolios by providing timely market updates and maintaining strong, long-term relationships Promote and cross-sell the Bank’s related products and services to existing and prospective clients Participate in marketing and promotional activities organized by branch management and ensure smooth execution of events Review clients’ credit limits based on collateral, financial standing, and track record to minimize contra losses and enhance risk management within the team Take reasonable steps to understand clients’ backgrounds (e.g. investment objectives, financial standing, source of funds) to ensure compliance with all relevant rules and regulations Uphold the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and regulatory compliance in all dealings What we're looking for Licensed Paid Dealer’s Representative with relevant regulatory certifications Proven experience in equities dealing, preferably within retail broking Strong sales drive with a track record of client acquisition and portfolio growth Good knowledge of local and foreign equity markets Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management practices Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Self-motivated, disciplined, and performance-oriented What we offer At RHB Banking Group, we are committed to fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment that empowers our employees to reach their full potential.
