Role Overview We’re hiring a Paid Digital Marketing Manager to own and optimize our paid search and paid social campaigns. This is a hands-on, performance marketer with 5-8+ years of experience who is focused on demand generation strategies, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration. This role will be responsible for owning, maintaining, and growing paid search and paid social channels to drive measurable business impact. Responsibilities Own the strategy, execution, and ongoing optimization of paid search and paid social campaigns Manage multi-million dollar campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other paid social channels Develop and execute A/B tests for ad copy, creative, headlines, CTAs, and audience targeting Partner with web and creative teams to test and optimize landing pages and conversion paths Collaborate with other marketing teams to align digital marketing campaigns to Monitor and optimize performance against KPIs such as CTR, CVR, CPL, PPD, and ROAS Analyze campaign results and translate insights into clear action plans and recommendations Drive marketing-sourced pipeline by translating performance data into strategy, experimentation, and continuous optimization Ensure proper tracking and measurement across campaigns (UTMs, conversion tracking, pixels) Requirements 5-8+ years of hands-on experience managing paid digital marketing campaigns Strong experience with paid search and paid social platforms, including Google, LinkedIn, and Meta Demonstrated experience running A/B tests on ads and creative Experience working with web teams to improve landing page performance Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data A growth mindset with a desire to learn, test new ideas, and develop new skills Preferred Qualifications B2B or SaaS marketing experience Experience with GA4 and/or Google Tag Manager Experience with CRO or experimentation tools Strong performance-oriented copywriting skills Why This Role Clear ownership of paid search and paid social Strong emphasis on experimentation and optimization Close collaboration with web and creative teams Opportunity to make a measurable impact on growth Awardco is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
