Description

We are seeking a proactive and performance-driven Paid Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This role will be split between managing our global PPC accounts and UK-focused social media platforms, supporting our ambitious digital growth strategy.
The ideal candidate will bring at least one year of hands-on PPC experience, with a strong understanding of paid search best practices, campaign optimisation, and data-led decision-making. They will also play a key role in driving engagement and brand visibility across our social media channels.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 1 year of PPC experience (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads), agency or in-house.
  • Proficient with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and scheduling platforms (e.g. Hootsuite).
  • Strong communication skills and creative thinking.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on brand consistency.
Responsibilities

PPC (PAY-PER-CLICK) (APPROX. 60% OF ROLE):

  • Manage, monitor, and optimise PPC campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc.).
  • Conduct keyword research, create ad copy, and oversee landing page alignment.
  • Track and report on campaign performance against KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.).
  • Collaborate with our wider team to align paid activity with promotional plans and product focus.
  • Support the development of international PPC strategies for local markets.

PAID SOCIAL MEDIA (APPROX. 40% OF ROLE):

  • Plan, schedule, and manage paid campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Grow and engage our online audience with consistent, on-brand advertising.
  • Monitor social performance metrics and recommend optimisations.
  • Support paid social campaigns, including audience targeting and ad testing.
  • Collaborate on campaigns that drive traffic, leads, and awareness.
