Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are looking for a results-driven Paid Media Specialist with deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads and Tik Tok ads to join our Digital team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on paid media campaigns to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and ROI across multiple markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Develop tailored TikTok campaign strategies, leveraging native formats, spark ads, creators, and trends to maximize performance.
  • Optimize campaigns daily to maximize performance in terms of CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and CVR.
  • Build and maintain campaign structures, audiences, and keyword strategies tailored to business goals and product positioning.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to brief, test, and iterate high-performing ad creatives and copy.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance across platforms and provide actionable insights to improve results.
  • Implement and manage A/B testing strategies for creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding models.
  • Coordinate with data and analytics teams to ensure accurate attribution, conversion tracking, and UTM governance.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital advertising trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.
  • Support budget forecasting and pacing to ensure alignment with monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Monitor and manage budgets to align with strategic goals and maximise ROAS.
  • Collaborate with the Paid Media Director to define and execute high-impact strategies.
  • Support the creative team with performance-focused briefing and asset feedback.
  • Propose new ideas to improve campaign performance and support client growth.
