The Position We are seeking a Paid Media Analyst to join our team in Colombia. This position focuses on lead generation through paid digital campaigns in the US Hispanic market. Salary: COP $8,117,000 Location: Bogotá, Colombia (Hybrid) Academic Background in: Marketing Advertising Social Communication (with an emphasis in digital marketing or media) Business Administration (with a focus on marketing or commercial strategy) Digital Marketing Engineering International Business (with experience in digital advertising and lead generation) Additional certifications (Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Academy, HubSpot, etc.) are a plus. What you'll do: Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns in Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) Manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max) Execute campaigns on TikTok Ads and other social platforms Define and manage budgets to meet CPL, CPA, and ROAS goals Analyze KPIs, create reports, and generate insights for optimization Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to design effective resources Identify new audiences, trends, and growth opportunities What we're looking for: 2+ years of digital agency experience managing paid media for lead generation Experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads Working knowledge of TikTok Ads Strong skills Budget management and analysis skills Creative, independent, and problem-solving skills Intermediate English (preferred) Certifications in Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads are a plus.
