  • Strong account management and communication skills: experience managing strategic, high-value clients and an ability to communicate with diverse technical and non-technical audiences . Strong ability to convey complex topics to stakeholders in easily understandable language. Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Strong time-management and prioritization skills: ability to prioritize, manage competing priorities, set expectations, and deliver projects on agreed upon timeframe
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills: ability to form relationships and collaborate with different stakeholders, such as product, engineering, account management, and client-side decision makers
  • Excellent analytical skills: Excellent analytical skills for making data-driven decisions, deriving and disseminating actionable insights resulting from such analysis.   • Familiarity with marketing concepts: 2+ years of hands-on-keyboard paid media experience across channels (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, Google Display Network). Preferred experience in multi-family marketing.

Responsibilities

ROLE SCOPE:

Reporting to the Head of Paid Media this role will manage a portfolio of paid media campaigns within the multi-family real estate vertical, including paid search, social, display and programmatic advertising. The Paid Media Analyst will be expected to act as a strategic account and campaign manager, driving performant media efforts for their property management clients and communicating clearly to help partners to meet their goals and enable them to communicate with other stakeholders regarding marketing success. This role is responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day management of their accounts, including campaign fulfillment and activation, optimizations, analyzing and reporting results, and ensuring correct attribution to each paid media channel. This role is critical in driving marketing performance for RentDigital’s clients and is measured through campaign performance, customer satisfaction, and portfolio growth. This role will closely collaborate with company leadership, external vendors or partners, and client-side property management companies.Paid Media Analysts will also have the opportunity to support enterprise accounts by partnering with Senior Paid Media Analysts.

ROLE EXPECTED OUTCOMES:

  • High performing paid media campaigns - Leverage campaign metrics, conversion and acquisition data, and consumer trends to inform marketing decisions for paid media efforts. Identify opportunities for optimization through KPIs and understanding of client goals
  • Deep quality insights - Deliver quality written and verbal insights to drive campaign performance and educate clients on paid media strategies, best practices, trends and opportunities for growth or expansion. Lead development of monthly & quarterly data analysis and review presentation decks for clients.
  • Account Growth - Drive account growth through delivery of high-performance media campaigns, excellent client experience and demonstration of subject matter expertise.
  • Self-sufficient - Manage day-to-day tasks including campaign activation and fulfillment, optimization, reporting and client communications within assigned portfolio. Meet expected service levels and proactively communicate to manager when additional support is required to achieve deadlines or results.
  • Product Enhancement - Contribute to the overall excellence and sophistication of the RentDigital product suite. Test, ideate, and recommend enhancements to our product.
