Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead all Google Ads and PPC initiatives for Vodaland. This person will be responsible for planning, designing, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns to achieve our online sales goals. They must have a deep understanding of our product lines, target audiences, and e-commerce strategy to maximize ROI and grow our digital presence.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • 3+ years of proven experience managing Google Ads and other PPC campaigns, preferably in an e-commerce setting.
  • Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, and other PPC tools.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing, consumer behavior, and digital funnels.
  • Experience optimizing campaigns for ROAS, CPA, and conversion metrics.
  • Proficiency with keyword research tools, A/B testing, and audience targeting strategies.
  • Highly analytical with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand complex product lines and translate them into clear, effective ad strategies.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Knowledge of SEO and how it complements paid advertising strategies.
  • Familiarity with retargeting, remarketing, and lookalike audiences.
  • Experience with landing page optimization and conversion rate improvement.
Responsibilities
  • Develop, execute, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Video) to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
  • Oversee all PPC channels including Google Ads, Bing Ads, remarketing, and other paid media opportunities.
  • Analyze and understand Vodaland’s full product catalog to create targeted campaigns for specific product lines.
  • Continuously monitor, test, and optimize campaigns to improve CTR, conversion rates, ROAS, and overall ROI.
  • Create ad creatives, select keywords, write compelling ad copy, and manage bid strategies.
  • Develop and execute daily strategic plans to achieve sales targets based on product demand, trends, and market shifts.
  • Monitor competitive activity and market changes to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and actionable insights for leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, e-commerce, and operations teams to align campaigns with company goals.
