Paid Media Executive We're seeking a Paid Media Executive to join our digital team at Harrods. Reporting to the Paid Media Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing off-site digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as social media, programmatic, and search. About the Role This dynamic position involves close collaboration with the partnerships team, focusing on leveraging first-party data to drive customer engagement, boost sales, and enhance brand awareness beyond Harrods' owned retail properties. Additionally, you'll develop and execute off-site retail media campaigns across paid social, programmatic display, and search channels. Your responsibilities will also include: Monitoring, analysing, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success and provide actionable insights. Identifying opportunities for A/B testing, creative optimization, and audience segmentation to improve campaign results. Managing budgets and pacing to ensure efficient allocation of advertising spend. Working with the Brand Partnerships Digital Media team to create attractive digital media packages for both endemic and non-endemic luxury partners. About You The ideal candidate will have a solid background in PPC and paid social advertising, including experience with website analytics and Meta Ads. A good understanding of digital marketing channels and their role within the overall marketing mix, along with familiarity with key performance metrics, attribution models, and ROI measurement, is essential. Previous experience in retail or luxury industries is a plus. Additionally, you will: Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adjust your communication style based on the audience. Demonstrate outstanding time-management abilities and a willingness to multitask while maintaining attention to detail. Be adaptable and ready to adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Have confidence in data reporting and strong analytical skills.
