We’re looking for someone with a strong analytical mindset - this could come from a degree in mathematics, statistics, marketing, business management, or another data-focused field. Whether you’re a recent graduate or have up to 2 years’ experience, you’ll bring curiosity, drive, and a passion for learning.

At Huel, our growth isn’t just down to great-tasting products - it’s also about being discovered by more and more customers online. Paid Search plays a critical role in this, and we’re now looking for a Paid Media Executive to help us strengthen and scale this channel across multiple markets.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate with a data-focused background, or someone with up to 2 years’ experience, to specialise in Paid Search while also building skills across the wider performance marketing mix. You’ll get hands-on with campaign management in Google Ads, dive deep into analytics and reporting, and learn how to optimise campaigns that drive impact worldwide.
Your day-to-day will include:
Campaign Management - day-to-day campaign planning, optimisation, creation and execution across multiple markets including the US & Europe.
Processes - Build and develop efficient search marketing processes and workflows.
Analytics - reporting and optimisation, including in-depth analysis of CPA, ROAS and LTV of all activity ensuring maximum efficiency.
Commercial Awareness - presenting clear, data-backed business cases for marketing investment to improve revenue and ROI.
Branding - ensure unified messaging and consistent branding across all Google marketing and communications.
Stakeholder Management - Working closely with trading and brand marketing teams, ensuring all activity is commercially focused and in line with the business trading plan.
