ABOUT YOU

As an employee-owned business, we are looking for a Paid Media Executive to support and grow our lead generation client base in the Paid Media team, as we enter an exciting new phase and share in future success. This is an opportunity for a talented and driven paid media lead generation specialist to make a real impact across B2B and B2C campaigns, working with industry-leading tools and platform partners.

  • A minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a paid media role (agency or in-house), with a strong focus on lead generation
  • A background in performance marketing or direct response is highly desirable
  • A data-led thinker with proven success in delivering high-quality leads and measurable ROI
  • Experience using platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager is essential
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with clients in order to set goals and maintain a healthy relationship.
  • Effectively run best-practice campaigns, with ongoing optimisations that constantly aim to improve performance.
  • Take ownership of accounts, whether they be long-standing accounts or new business.
  • Ensuring that deliverables (e.g., reports) are sent to clients on time.
  • Working closely with the wider teams at I-COM to ensure the client’s KPIs are being met.
  • Be prepared to propose solutions and be creative, using analytical skills
  • Understand and keep a high level of knowledge and proficiency working with platforms such as Google, Bing, Meta and Linkedin. .
  • A working knowledge of Google Scripts, Google Merchant Centre, and Google Analytics.
  • Keep Google, Meta & LinkedIn accreditations up to date.
  • Ensure JIRA tasks are kept up to date, with accurate information for each client.
  • Confidently analyse campaign performance using GA4, platform analytics, and CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and create forecast guidelines.
