Digital Media Team is a dynamic and fast-growing marketing agency, quickly becoming the partner of choice for global brands. We work with some of the most exciting eCommerce brands in the UK, industries from fashion and furniture to food and footwear. Our client portfolio includes big names like Tim Hortons, Budweiser, and Missy Empire.
Due to growth we are on the lookout for a motivated and talented individual to join our Paid Media Team with good PPC experience. Please see description below:
The Role

As a Paid Media Executive, you will:

  • Set up and optimise digital campaigns across advertising platforms like Meta and Google, with support from Paid Advertising Managers.
  • Advise internal teams on creative solutions using a variety of paid advertising formats.
  • Manage campaigns across multiple markets and brands, ensuring alignment with wider content strategies.
  • Stay proactive, seeking opportunities for innovation in client campaigns and agency offerings.
  • Translate data, insights, and analytics into clear, client-friendly monthly campaign reports in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters, designers, and internal teams to run effective campaigns.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has proven experience managing PPC and Paid Social campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads (TikTok ads or extra points).
  • PPC Experience essential!
  • Possesses a strong understanding of paid media concepts, strategies, and best practices.
  • Is analytically minded with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excels in communication, both written and verbal - able to provide proactive communication and strategic insights to clients.
  • Thrives working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Holds Google Ads and Meta certifications (preferred but not essential).
  • Is ambitious and driven, eager to learn, and willing to take an active role in building the business.

Job Details

  • Type: Full-time
  • Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 Negotiable DOE
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday (Finish at 4pm on Fridays)
  • Location: Remote (Preferably in the north for potential client meetings)

Experience

  • PPC: 6 months - 1 year (required)
  • Paid Social: 6 months - 1 year (required)
  • eCommerce experience is a must
