Company Description Job Description About the Role As a Paid Media Lead, you lead full-funnel media planning and execution by aligning global and local paid-media activities with commercial goals, optimizing performance, and driving strong results across channels. You manage agency collaboration, oversee media budget follow-up, and ensure high-quality execution through continuous reviews, performance tracking, and cross-functional coordination. This hybrid role reports into the Marketing Manager and is based at the Mexico Support Office. A Day in the Life Working at H&M means no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will include the following responsibilities: Media Strategy & Planning Lead the formulation of Full-funnel (global and local paid media channels) media plans for activities along marketing calendar in accordance to set QCP process together with local agency teams, including budget per campaign/channel/week Align media plan and continuous updates with commercial plan Media Activation, Optimization & Performance Lead the activation and ongoing performance follow-up of local paid media channels Collaborate with Global Media Optimization Lead on media optimization of global media channels Lead Full-funnel media Monthly and Quarterly Reviews in Sales Market Drive and follow up on paid media budget investments and results for the sales market. Agency Management & Governance Conduct onboarding and regular performance reviews for local agencies based on global framework Responsible for the overall tactics and execution of local channel activation in collaboration with the media agency and global media teams. Qualifications Who You Are: Degree in Marketing, Comms., Business or related field Strong paid media expertise across channels and the full funnel Analytical and data-driven mindset • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills Commercial mindset with focus on ROI and performance 5–7 years’ experience in digital marketing, with strong focus on performance channels Proven track record in managing large media budgets and driving ROI-focused campaigns Experience managing agency partners Advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish.
