POSITION OVERVIEW

Kendra Scott is seeking a Paid Media Lead to support the execution, optimization, and reporting of paid media campaigns across paid media channels including SEM, paid social, display, affiliates, and digital video/CTV. Responsibilities are currently in digital marketing, but the ideal candidate has experience in other channels (e.g., linear, OOH, etc.)
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, data-driven, and eager to grow within a fast-paced, collaborative marketing team. You’ll work closely with Paid Media Manager and external agencies to help drive customer acquisition, retention, and overall brand growth.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the execution and day-to-day management of paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, Pinterest, and programmatic display.
  • Monitor campaign performance and compile regular reports to inform optimizations and strategic decisions.
  • Support the development of benchmarks and help track progress toward spend, sales, and ROI/ROAS goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of creative assets and promotional messaging.
  • Help manage the digital marketing calendar and ensure alignment with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in budget management.
  • Assist in audience segmentation and targeting strategies using first-party data and platform tools.
  • Collaborate with the ecommerce team to ensure landing pages are optimized for media campaigns.
  • Contribute to testing plans and analyze results to inform future media strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging platforms to support innovation in media.
  • Support tactical elements of media programs, including test design, asset trafficking, and agency coordination.
