We are now looking for a new Paid Media Lead to join our dynamic team in Cluj-Napoca, Romania!
Generic Summary : The position holder has the responsibility for the strategy and operation of advertising actions in EMEA, including activation (implementation), optimization (deployment) and acceleration of demand (conversion). This role makes use of best practices in digital marketing for planning, activation, monitoring and optimization of strategies in the execution of its actions to achieve demand generation, retention and drive new opportunities.
Business Unit summary: As Paid Media lead EMEA, you will develop a strong foundation across multiple paid media initiatives, from paid social advertising to search engine marketing, planning and more. The goal is to work closely with our global Paid Media Expert to align processes, develop and optimize campaigns, analyze campaign performance and recommend opportunities in order to get more online visibility, while also driving more business contribution and brand awareness.
The paid media lead works directly with the Performance Marketing team to support the business needs of internal clients, including sales, field marketing, portfolio marketing, account-based marketing, marketing operations, channel marketing, and global brand.
