Description
Role: Paid Media Lead Location: Onsite - Madrid, Spain or Cluj-Napoca, Romania As Paid Media Lead EMEA, you will plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across channels including paid social, search, display, and video. Working closely with the Global Paid Media team and regional performance marketing, you’ll drive visibility, demand, and brand awareness across EMEA. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams (sales, field, ABM, brand, content, SEO, web) to align objectives, manage budgets, and deliver data-driven results. Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, track, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms Build audiences, buyer personas, and full-funnel journeys (TOFU/MOFU/BOFU) Monitor performance, manage KPIs, dashboards, and reporting (GA4, Looker/Data Studio) Create and localize ad copy (text, display, video) in collaboration with design teams Manage budgets, UTMs, and campaign tracking to ensure efficiency and ROI Support eCommerce and global demand programs Drive testing, optimization, and best-practice sharing across teams Own end-to-end paid media strategy for EMEA, ensuring alignment with regional business goals and global marketing priorities Translate business objectives into scalable paid media roadmaps, testing frameworks, and performance forecasts Provide strategic recommendations and insights to senior stakeholders, using data to influence decision-making and investment priorities Qualifications 3–5 years’ experience in paid media or digital marketing (B2B preferred) Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and KPI management Experience with GA4, dashboards, Excel, and marketing automation Fluent professional English and Spanish (Portuguese bonus) Preferred Account-Based Marketing (ABM) experience SEO and keyword research tools (SEMrush, Similarweb, etc.) Budget ownership, agency management, creative skills Education & Certifications Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications Google Ads, GA4, LinkedIn, and Meta certifications preferred #LI-VH2 #paidmedia Equal Opportunity Employer We promote equal opportunities for all with respect to hiring, terms of employment, mobility, training, compensation, and occupational health, without discrimination as to age, race, color, religion, creed, sex, pregnancy status (including childbirth, breastfeeding, or related medical conditions), marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity / expression (including transgender status or sexual stereotypes), genetic information, citizenship status, national origin, protected veteran status, political affiliation, or disability.
