We’re looking for someone who’s confident managing both campaigns and people, with proven success in delivering Paid Media results.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong track record in managing successful PPC campaigns, particularly Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing).
  • Experience leading or mentoring junior team members.
  • Agency background, comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to clients and colleagues.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and hands-on with campaign optimisation.
Responsibilities

As Paid Media Manager, you’ll oversee the planning, implementation, and optimisation of campaigns across a variety of platforms. You’ll be the go-to expert for Paid Media strategy, ensuring campaigns are executed to the highest standards while helping junior team members develop their skills.

Day-to-day, you’ll:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of junior Paid Media specialists.
  • Plan and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Troubleshoot campaign issues and provide strategic solutions.
  • Work closely with Account Managers to align activity with client goals.
  • Analyse performance data, delivering reports and actionable insights.
  • Keep ahead of industry trends, tools, and innovations to evolve the agency’s Paid Media offering.
