Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

The Senior Media Executive will work closely with the associate director of paid strategy to continually optimize paid campaign performance across different channels for internal and external stakeholders.

You will be responsible for:

  • Planning, managing and implementing digital campaigns across key paid channels with a main focus on TikTok and Meta.
  • Activating campaigns and analyzing results in order to make optimisations & maximize performance
  • Use your findings and a ‘test and learn’ approach to continually work to improve campaign performance against KPIs
  • Building and maintaining solid relationships across different departments
  • Presenting findings to clients on a regular basis
  • Report on the performance of campaigns, and make recommendations for improvement to internal and external stakeholders
  • Staying up to date with changes on paid marketing channels and suggesting changes to campaigns where needed

TO THRIVE IN THIS ROLE WE THINK YOU’LL NEED:

  • A deep understanding of the paid social advertising landscape
  • At least 2-3 years experience in digital paid media roles (TT/Meta/YT)
  • Experience in improving campaign performance based on your own analysis
  • Be able to confidently work with paid media budgets of $100k+
  • Be proficient in excel
  • The ability to take ownership of essential administrative tasks and deliver them to a high standard
  • Exceptional numeracy skills
  • Be analytically minded
  • Be able to make & justify decisions that improve client performance
  • Be comfortable working with clients and internal teams across different countries and time zones
