Job Description
Our performance marketing team is expanding! Are you interested in being at the forefront of digital marketing at an industry leading business that operates across 13 counties? We’re looking for an experienced performance marketer to join our global marketing team, based out of the UK, Germany or Italy. The perfect candidate will be commercially driven and has a proven track record of running and managing best in class paid campaigns across Google, Microsoft and Meta.
This is a pivotal role for an in-house Paid Media / Performance Marketing Manager to join the digital marketing team here at Radius. You will play a key role in developing and executing our paid search, display and & social strategy.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 2+ years’ experience within digital marketing, with a desire to specialise in paid search & paid social.
  • Experience with Excel or Google sheets.
  • Great communication and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent data analysis skills and comfortable with large data sets.
  • Fluent in German or Italian

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

  • Experience with Google Data Studio/ Tableau.
  • Completed Google Skills shop courses such as Google Ads, Analytics Academy, Google Ad Manager etc.
  • Ability to use salesforce or Tableau

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the planning, execution, optimisation, and reporting of large-scale paid campaigns across Google, Microsoft and Meta.
  • Responsible for driving new paid channels and new ideas to improve the performance of existing campaigns.
  • Implement effective budget/bid optimisations to achieve channel KPI targets.
  • Utilise analytics tools to analyse and report on key performance metrics.
  • Generate daily, weekly and monthly reporting on campaign performance, insights and recommendations for improvement across the channel and provide actionable insights to enhance the overall marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to optimise landing pages and improve conversion rates across for all paid search traffic implementing A/B testing strategies to enhance campaign performance.
    Keep up to date with industry trends, updates and best practices within paid, recommending and implementing new strategies to maximise performance
