THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a results-driven Paid Media Manager who doesn’t just “run campaigns” you own performance. You’ll lead strategy, execution, and optimization across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms.
You’ll be empowered by AI tools to scale your work, assist with performance analysis, and help with decision-making. Your core value is your ability to think critically, adjust quickly, and ensure that every campaign meets its performance goals for our clients.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Planning, building, and managing campaigns across Google, YouTube, Meta, and LinkedIn
  • Analyzing campaign performance and proactively optimizing for ROI and ROAS
  • Developing media strategies and communicating them clearly to clients
  • Using automation tools to streamline management without sacrificing strategy
  • Managing client budgets with precision across multiple accounts
  • Leading weekly/monthly reporting cycles and performance reviews
  • Identifying weak points in the funnel (creative, conversion, messaging) and solving them
  • Taking full ownership of campaign outcomes and KPIs

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google and Meta Ads
  • Demonstrated success managing monthly paid budgets of as little as $5,000 to $50K+
  • Deep knowledge of campaign structures, targeting, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking
  • Deep experience and execution in analytics tools, including GA4, Looker Studio, and HubSpot
  • Strategic decision-making skills and a proactive mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; confidence in client-facing and team presentations
  • Ability to thrive in a remote, self-managed environment
