The Paid Media Manager is responsible for developing and executing paid media strategies that support enterprise growth objectives across lending, deposits, and membership. This role ensures media investments contribute to measurable business outcomes while supporting the full member journey from awareness through conversion. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in digital media channels, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to translate business and marketing priorities into effective media strategies. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders and agency partners to guide planning, execution, and optimization, ensuring media efforts are aligned to business goals and continuously improving in impact and efficiency. Schedule: Monday - Friday, two days per week onsite or as needed. In this position, you will Media Strategy & Planning Develop paid media strategies that align with enterprise growth objectives and marketing priorities Translate product and campaign goals into clear, actionable media plans Ensure media strategies align with audience needs, timing, and the full member journey Channel Management & Optimization Lead execution and optimization across paid channels including search, social, display, video, and programmatic Continuously evaluate and refine channel mix to improve engagement, consideration, and conversion outcomes Apply a test-and-learn approach to optimize targeting, creative, and channel strategy Agency Leadership & Partnership Serve as the day-to-day lead for paid media agency partners, providing direction on priorities, goals, and success criteria Partner closely with agency to develop and execute media strategies Review and guide recommendations to ensure alignment with business objectives Encourage proactive ideas, testing, and continuous improvement Measurement & Insights Leverage data and insights to evaluate media effectiveness and inform decision-making Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, engagement, and conversion outcomes Translate performance insights into actionable recommendations that inform strategy and investment decisions Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with Marketing, Retail, Digital Experience, Product, Analytics, and Growth teams to ensure alignment across media, creative, and broader marketing efforts Provide media insights that help shape marketing strategy and campaign execution Partner with business, marketing, and finance teams to align media efforts to agreed-upon growth goals Budget & Investment Management Manage media budgets to ensure alignment with business priorities and growth objectives Monitor pacing and performance to identify opportunities for optimization and reallocation Support planning and forecasting processes with data-informed recommendations Guide investment decisions and allocation across channels based on performance and business priorities Other Duties As Assigned.
