POSITION SUMMARY

The Paid Media Manager will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, search engine marketing (SEM), and display advertising. This role will focus on driving sales, acquiring new customers, and increasing customer retention through data-driven decision-making and performance analysis. Collaborating closely with the creative and marketing teams, the Paid Media Manager will develop compelling ad content, manage budgets effectively, and continuously explore new advertising opportunities to maximize ROI.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and CTV.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools to assess campaign performance and inform optimization strategies.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Experience writing compelling ad copy tailored for different digital channels.
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize advertising budgets across multiple campaigns.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Repetitive motion of the wrists, arms, and hands.
  • Ability to clearly hear and speak over the telephone.
  • Performing computer work in a stationary position for extended periods.
  • Must be available to work during our busiest days of the year, such as but not limited to Bosses’ Day, Admin Pro Day, and Valentine’s Day ("All Hands on Deck” Days).
  • Must be able to lift, carry, and grasp up to 15 lbs
  • Ability to take visual and audible cues, and willing to follow written & verbal instructions in a loud & busy kitchen environment

  • Deliver measurable improvements in revenue, customer acquisition, and cost efficiency across all paid marketing channels.
  • Identify and experiment with new advertising opportunities to expand reach and engagement.
  • Write engaging and effective ad copy tailored to different audiences and channels.
