We’re looking for a motivated and versatile Paid Media Marketing Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for a proactive, data-driven individual with a creative eye and a desire to grow their career in digital marketing. You will primarily support the management and optimization of our paid digital campaigns to help achieve business objectives, with a focus on paid search. This position offers a wide range of responsibilities, making it perfect for someone eager to learn and tackle new challenges in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Assist with marketing campaigns across multiple channels, with a primary focus on paid search and social media channels, ensuring all content aligns with UPLIFT Desk’s brand voice.
  • Support the day-to-day management and optimization of paid search campaigns to help meet return on ad spend (ROAS) goals. Optimizations include campaign setup, ad copy writing, budget tracking and landing page testing
  • Help analyze campaign data to track and report on key metrics, using data to find opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the video and creative teams by helping draft creative briefs grounded in ad performance data.
  • Support the marketing team on other platforms as needed, including display ads, Amazon ads, and miscellaneous shopping platforms.
  • Report to leadership on campaign performance, keywords, competitor spend, and market trends.
