We are seeking a Paid Media Marketing Specialist to support customer acquisition initiatives for AbeBooks’ global marketplace. This role will execute paid media campaigns and assist with affiliate marketing programs to help achieve ROI targets across our international domains.The ideal candidate is an analytical digital marketer with strong attention to detail, solid communication skills, and demonstrated experience in campaign management. If you are a detail-oriented marketing professional with a passion for books and e-commerce, we encourage you to apply!Key job responsibilities* Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across assigned channels, including search, display, product listing/shopping ads (PLAs), and paid social.* Support the affiliate marketing program by managing day-to-day relationships and identifying optimization opportunities.* Implement international marketing campaigns following established playbooks and best practices to meet ROI targets.* Run experiments and A/B tests to improve campaign performance.* Work closely with the marketing team to implement strategies and support joint initiatives.* Partner with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and provide optimization recommendations.* Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare regular performance reports with insights.* Keep up-to-date with digital marketing trends and platform updates to suggest improvements.About the team At AbeBooks, our mission is to enable people to discover and own the books they love by bringing together the broadest selection of physical books anywhere. The base salary for this position ranges from $55,100/year up to $92,000/year. Salary is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
