Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Paid Media Operations Executive to support campaign setup, quality assurance, trafficking, and reporting across paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
This is an entry level technical, backend role focused on paid campaign execution – NOT content creation, social media management, or general digital marketing.
If you have experience in paid media operationsand want to build a long-term career in this field, this role offers strong learning opportunities in a fast-paced, remote environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support paid campaign execution using Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Manager
  • Set up campaign elements including budgets, audience targeting, ad copy, tracking URLs, placements, naming conventions across platforms.
  • Conduct pre-launch quality checks (QA) to ensure accurate campaign setup.
  • Upload and organize creative assets across ad platforms.
  • Compile and maintain performance reports using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and ad platform tools
  • Maintain campaign trackers, asset libraries, and documentation to ensure smooth workflows and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate campaign execution.
  • Support improvements in internal processes and documentation.
