About the Role The Paid Media Specialist supports the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of both digital and offline paid media campaigns. This role plays a key part in driving brand awareness, traffic, and lead generation across channels including digital platforms, TV, radio, and out-of-home (OOH). The ideal candidate combines hands-on digital media experience with an understanding of traditional media planning and campaign coordination, and is comfortable working with data, media partners, and cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Paid Media Planning & Execution Support the development and execution of integrated paid media plans across digital and offline channels. Manage and optimize digital paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Coordinate and support offline media campaigns including TV, radio, and OOH, in collaboration with media agencies and internal stakeholders. Ensure media plans are aligned with campaign objectives, target audiences, and launch timelines. Support creative rotations, messaging alignment, and channel-specific execution. Performance Monitoring & Optimization Monitor digital campaign performance daily and support ongoing optimization of targeting, bidding, and creatives. Track offline media performance using available metrics (e.g. reach, frequency, GRPs) and contribute to campaign evaluations. Support testing initiatives across channels to improve media effectiveness and efficiency. Identify optimization opportunities and insights across the full media mix. Reporting & Analysis Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly media performance reports across digital and offline channels. Use analytics tools and media reports to evaluate campaign impact, user behavior, and funnel performance. Support attribution and measurement efforts, including understanding the role of upper-funnel media (TV, OOH) on digital performance. Budget & Campaign Support Support media budget tracking and pacing across digital and offline channels. Assist in budget allocation and reallocation based on performance insights. Help ensure efficient use of media spend and alignment with campaign goals. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Work closely with creative, content, CRM, product, and sales teams to align on campaign needs. Coordinate with media partners, broadcasters, publishers, and platform partners. Support internal stakeholders with paid media insights and best practices. Support internal processes, including payment execution in line with company policies. Coordinate with finance and procurement to ensure timely and accurate payments. Learning & Market Awareness Stay informed about media trends across both digital and traditional channels. Develop knowledge of TV, radio, and OOH planning principles and measurement. Support testing of new media formats, partners, and technologies. Qualifications & Requirements 3+ years of experience in paid media, media planning, or performance marketing. Hands-on experience with digital paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.). Understanding of offline media channels such as TV, radio, and OOH, including basic planning and measurement concepts. Experience working with media partners, broadcasters, and platform partners. Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and reports. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines in a fast-paced environment. Experience in automotive, mobility, e-commerce or tech industries is a plus. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is considered an advantage.
