• Create and execute paid media strategies across various online advertising channels such as Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Pinterest Ads, and Tiktok Ads.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure paid media campaigns align with overall marketing and business objectives.
• Develop and handle paid media campaigns from start to finish, including budget allocation, targeting, and ongoing optimization.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and give insights to improve Purchases, ROI, CPA, ROAS.
• Keep abreast with industry trends, changes in algorithms, and new advertising platforms.

Requirements:

• Degree in Digital Marketing or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in handling paid media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Pinterest Ads, Tiktok Ads, etc.) in an E-Commerce, Fashion/Apparel sector.
• Strong knowledge in ad campaign setup, optimization, and budget management.
• Proficient with Google Analytics and A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
