Description
As part of the Social & Paid Media Center of Excellence, the Paid Media Specialist supports the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms. Reporting to the Paid Media Campaign Manager, this role combines strategic input with hands-on campaign management. Launch and optimise campaigns using native ad managers and DSPs Analyse performance data, deliver insights, and recommend improvements Manage budgets, forecasts, and monthly reporting across placements Develop audience targeting strategies aligned with business goals Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for seamless execution Ensure accurate ad setup, trafficking, and quality control Continuously refine bidding, creatives, and targeting to boost results Stay current on industry trends and share innovations with the team Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field Fluent in written and spoken English 3-5 years' experience in paid media campaign execution Proficient in Google Ads, paid social, and programmatic platforms (e.g. Basis, The Trade Desk) Familiar with Google Editor, SSPs, DMPs, and tracking tools (e.g. GTM, DoubleVerify) Basic HTML/JavaScript for tag troubleshooting Strong understanding of bidding strategies and optimisation techniques Skilled in Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and data tools like Google Analytics or Power BI Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to communicate insights clearly Collaborative, self-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
