REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have proficiency in written and spoken English
  • 4+ years experience in managing paid advertising campaigns, with a preference for experience in professional services (real estate, lawyers, mortgage loan officers).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of paid marketing channels and technologies, including search, retargeting, social network advertising, and content distribution.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads, Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Ads and Business Manager, Google Ads and Manager, Google Analytics, Zapier integrations with CRMs, LinkedIn Ads, Manychat, and familiarity with project management systems like Asana and communication tools like Slack.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written communication and some graphic design skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and forecast/report results.
  • Spanish Speaking is a plus

Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE:

To develop and execute creative and effective paid media strategies for our clients, ensuring optimal use of ad budgets and achieving significant ROI.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and create compelling ad visuals and strategies for new client digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including Meta Ads, TikTok, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Daily management and optimization of ad accounts and ad spend.
  • Frequent communication with team members regarding client ad accounts, strategies, and results.
  • Execution and continuous improvement of paid media campaigns for lead generation & sales across multiple industries.
  • Collaboration with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency.
  • Craft and optimize landing pages and lead generation forms.
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and platform updates.
  • Analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and adjust strategies accordingly.
