Communicate results and recommendations to leadership clearly and effectively. Maintain performance dashboards and campaign documentation. 3–5+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, or digital advertising. Strong understanding of SEO, landing page optimization, and CRO principles. Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and at least one additional paid channel. Strong proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Looker/Looker Studio, attribution platforms). Deep understanding of direct response, conversion tracking, and full-funnel optimization.
