This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer with strong optimization skills and a performance mindset. You will work closely with creative and strategy teams to deliver measurable growth for international brands through paid media. Job Description Key Responsibilities Build, manage, and scale Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns with monthly budgets of $10K–$25K+. Optimize ad accounts daily to drive full-funnel performance. Analyze campaign data and translate insights into clear optimization actions. Collaborate with creative and account teams on ad concepts, testing, and execution. Provide initial ad copy and contribute creative testing ideas. Stay current on paid media trends, platform updates, and automation opportunities. Qualifications 3+ years of experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads. Background in eCommerce and/or SaaS advertising strongly preferred. Proven track record of campaign optimization, scaling, and conversion tracking. Hands-on experience with Google Merchant Center, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Shopify. Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance data and reports. Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain results. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Self-starter with strong ownership, accountability, and reliability. Additional Information Nice to Have Experience with Amazon Ads, Reddit Ads, or TikTok Ads. Familiarity with automation tools (Make.com, Zapier, Google Sheets scripts).
