About the Role We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to support the day-to-day execution and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. This role focuses on hands-on campaign management, performance monitoring, and testing to ensure consistent lead volume and cost efficiency. You will work closely with paid media leadership to keep campaigns running smoothly, identify optimization opportunities, and support continued growth across franchise locations. What You Will Do Manage and optimize Google Ads, Google Guaranteed, and Meta campaigns Execute daily PPC optimizations including bids, keywords, negatives, etc. Monitor campaign performance, CPL, lead volume, and pacing Run A/B tests on ad copy, audiences, and campaign structures Implement approved ad creatives and messaging frameworks accurately and on time Launch new campaigns and manage updates, changes, and troubleshooting Support franchise development advertising across various platforms Proactively flag performance risks, spend issues, and optimization opportunities before they become problems What Success Looks Like Campaigns are stable, efficient, and consistently optimized CPLs stay controlled and predictable Issues are caught early, not after performance drops Testing is structured, documented, and actually used to improve results Leadership trusts that execution is handled without micromanagement What We Are Looking For 3+ years of hands-on PPC experience Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager Comfort managing multiple campaigns at once without dropping balls A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to move fast and stay organized Confidence flagging issues and making data-backed recommendations Experience supporting multi-location or franchise advertising is a plus Why You’ll Love Working With Us: Competitive compensation package, including health, dental and vision benefits Flexible hybrid schedule (1–2 days/week in-office) Room to grow as paid media scales Leadership that values clean execution and smart testing Opportunity to learn, grow, and advance your career Be part of a reputable and fast-growing home improvement brand Ready to Grow With Us?
