Hire Digital is looking for a Paid Media Specialist. This is an on-site role for a hands-on paid media expert who can plan, execute, and optimise high-performing campaigns across major advertising platforms. The ideal candidate is analytical, commercially minded, and confident translating data into meaningful business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Plan, build, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms (e.g., StackAdapt). Optimise campaigns daily/weekly to improve ROI, CPL, ROAS, and overall performance. Monitor and adjust targeting, bidding strategies, budgets, and creative testing. Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and GA4. Build clear, business-focused dashboards in Looker Studio. Translate campaign data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to strengthen media plans. Manage budgets responsibly and ensure alignment with client growth targets. Maintain strong account structure, naming conventions, and documentation standards. Collaborate with strategy, creative, and client teams to ensure campaigns drive measurable commercial results. Requirements 3–5 years of experience in performance media (agency experience preferred). Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms. Experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager setup and troubleshooting. Proficiency in Looker Studio reporting. Solid understanding of attribution models and performance metrics. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate performance insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
